SYNOPSIS
sabx_pdf_combine [OPTION] <output PDF base> <first append PDF base>
... <nth append PDF base>
DESCRIPTION
Combine all the PDF files for a rideset. This makes one PDF file per ride
in the rideset. It takes an output file name and the names of several PDF
files to combine. It expects all the input and output files to end in
"_0.pdf", and strips these off to generate file names corresponding to each
ride in the rideset.
